Hotel Policy

Check-out time is 11:00am.  If I extend my stay past 11:00am I understand that I can be charged a late departure fee.

I understand that I am responsible for all charges that have been signed to the room account by me or the other occupants of the guest room which I am registering.  These charges may include but are not limited to; room and occupancy fees, food and beverage charges from restaurants and bars, snack bars, phone calls, golf fees, spa/salon fees and other miscellaneous charges for services rendered at the CasaBlanca and Virgin River Resorts.

I understand that the CasaBlanca and Virgin River Resorts are not liable for any property including papers, money, jewels, or any other valuables or other items that are left in any area of the hotel, banquet facilities, pool and spa areas, casino or valet.

I agree that my liability for my bill is not waived and agree to be held personally liable in the event that the indicated person, company or association fails to pay for or the full amount of the charges including theft or damage to hotel property.

All guests must be able to show proof of identification and proof of age 21 to be allowed access to the casino floor and to check in to the hotel.  All children must be accompanied by an adult in all areas of the casino and hotel, including guest rooms, laundromat, restaurants, shops, pool and spa and other non-gaming floor areas.
